As part of our commitment to providing tailored solutions, we worked closely with TX Hydroponic’s engineering team to design and implement a customized cooling and shading system that would keep their greenhouses cool during the harsh summer months. This system consisted of three main components:

To reduce the internal temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse, we installed a fan and wet curtain system. This system uses evaporative cooling to efficiently lower temperatures, ensuring plants are protected from extreme heat while maintaining optimal moisture levels.

The shading system, designed to block out intense sunlight, further helps regulate temperature and prevents the greenhouses from becoming overheated. This also protects the crops from excessive sunlight, which can cause damage to delicate plants.

Based on the local climate, we carefully chose the appropriate specifications for the greenhouses, ensuring they could withstand the region’s harsh conditions while providing ideal growing environments for different crops.

When TX Hydroponic first entered the hydroponics industry in 2021, they were newcomers to the agricultural sector. However, with our full support, they were able to complete their first greenhouse construction and start planting. Over time, their operations grew, and they expanded their production capacity with new greenhouses. Today, TX Hydroponic has two fully operational greenhouses, with a third one currently under construction.

The first greenhouse is equipped with a Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) system, utilizing our black and white hydroponic pipes. This setup is designed to grow leafy vegetables, with an impressive capacity of producing 20,000 plants per month. The black and white pipes are ideal for this crop, ensuring proper root development and nutrient absorption. The NFT system maximizes space while ensuring efficient water and nutrient distribution to the plants, leading to high-quality yields.

Thanks to the seamless integration of our systems and ongoing support, TX Hydroponic’s yields have steadily increased. The performance of the greenhouses has exceeded expectations, and as a result, the company is expanding its operations. The third greenhouse is currently in the planning stages, and it’s expected to further boost production, providing more fresh vegetables and fruits to local supermarkets.
